Tone. Sweat. Breathe. The core practice of Strength Yoga; Power Yoga is an invigorating, full body workout, yet very accessible as we teach a technically simple practice and offer options & modifications for all levels.

Power Yoga improves fitness & delivers quick, noticeable results in both body & mind if you commit to a regular practice. A stronger, more toned, flexible, empowered and mindful you.

Strength Yoga offers both Group Classes or fully bespoke Private or Corporate Sessions in Power Vinyasa Yoga. We stick to smaller group sizes in our classes so that our focus can be with you & include individual attention & assists.

WHAT IS POWER YOGA?

Power Vinyasa Yoga takes more of a fitness based approach to yoga, which delivers results in both body & mind.

An invigorating & fast-paced practice, we flow between strong, simple poses, building heat & strength within the body. Power Yoga provides a full body workout, using your own bodyweight to tone and strengthen, increase fitness & endurance. At Strength Yoga we like to put emphasis on building core strength & stability.

Because of the dynamic nature of Power Yoga & the focus we place on our breath, our attention moves away from our busy minds & the practice acts as a moving meditation, which helps to ease stress.

At Strength Yoga, we slow things down for the last 20mins of the practice to balance out with a cooling calming stretch, (great for flexibility) and end the class with balancing, relaxing meditation & Breathwork.
